Owner, Randy Starr, has been in the pest control industry for over 30 years. He started out helping his dad with the family pest control business in El Paso when he was just a "kid" but he learned it from the ground up and he learned to treat the seriousness of the work with respect. As he continued to learn more about providing the service people need, Randy moved back to the Austin area where his family originated (In fact, he has two relatives in the photo to the right who worked as stone masons during the construction of the Texas Capitol) and established All Starr Termite & Pest Control several years ago. His son Philip and Son in Law Nate have now continued with the family tradition and joined in the family business.

Service with Good Old Fashioned Honesty
I mainly help my husband Randy with day to day business. I answer Phones when needed and help take care of customers. Its important to me to provide excellent customer service. I enjoy learning new things about our industry, and supporting all of our staff in the office and technicians who do the service.
I am the owner and I founded this company eighteen years ago. I oversee the day to day operations, and sometimes you will see me in the field during termite and bed bug treatments. I enjoy the challenges that this industry provides, as it keeps me on my toes and offers many opportunities to try new methods.
I do most of the termite and rodent services for the company. I will occasionally step in and do pest control services as well. I have been working with my dad since I was a teen. I enjoy the challenges that this industry has and interacting with customers.
Hey There! I specialize in Bed Bug treatment, training and running our Inspection K-9’s, and doing pest control services. I crave knowledge, and really enjoy learning about insects, chemicals, and how the two interact with each other. I am always collecting samples of new pests to examine and ID (And receiving samples thanks to the guy on the right), and then finding a strategy to combat them. With that information, I am better able to treat customer’s unique problems, and keep them well informed of what I’m doing and why. This is paramount to me, and always pushes me to learn more about the Pest Control Industry. It is why I love my job. It’s the complicated challenges that come with keeping insects out of our customer’s homes and lives.
I am the Pest Control workhorse. I handle most of our routine services in the Austin area, along with a few more areas closer to Elgin. I enjoy the ability to be outside working, along with setting my own pace. I also enjoy finding random insects for the guy on the left to try to identify.
